BOOKING PROCESS

STEP 01:
Inquire, Contract and Deposit

Once you've inquired about our services and we've confirmed our availability and pricing, we'll send you a contract and deposit invoice. Your contract will be active for 3 days, and upon signing and paying the deposit, your wedding day will be secured. Please note that we do not reserve wedding dates or artists without a signed contract and paid deposit. The deposit is required for all bookings and is only refundable towards final services.

STEP 02:
Portal, Forms and Trial

After receiving your signed contract and paid deposit, we'll create a personalized portal for you, serving as your dashboard throughout the process. Here, you'll find all important forms, deadlines, questionnaires, and invoices conveniently organized. Additionally, we'll discuss and schedule your trial session to ensure we achieve your desired look for your special day.

STEP 03:
Final Invoice and Timeline

As your wedding day approaches, we'll work closely with you to gather crucial information via our portal. Based on this, we'll provide you with a final invoice and detailed timeline for your wedding day preparations. At Pampered and Pretty, we prioritize creating a seamless booking experience for our brides and planners, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed to perfection.
